This barre class is influenced by the Barre Above method which is a blend of ballet, Pilates, Yoga and Strength training. The choreography can be adapted to a variety of fitness levels, you will be instructed in a fun atmosphere as you challenge your body in a variety of ways including multiple ranges of motion, strength, mind body connection, balance, and flexibility. All levels welcome.
