Pilates Intense Interval Training
 30 min | Wednesdays at 5:30pm – 6:00pm

Pilates: lengthens and strengthens your muscles to give you a toned, sculpted look while improving posture and flexibility.

Intense: cardio exercises are integrated between Pilates moves to keep your heart rate and metabolism fired up!

Interval: training is the secret to quick fat loss. You're going to get stronger, last longer, and become an unstoppable force!
