Heart Rate Testing & Training Workshop
Your heart rate is an important indicator of the health of your heart and cardiovascular system, as well as your very own individual gauge of intensity during your workouts.
This workshop will teach you all the foundational fundamentals you need to become healthier and aerobically fit.
At this Workshop you will learn:
- The benefits of training and working out using heart rate
- How to interpret and apply heart rate with your smart watch and apps
- How to dial in your workouts for greater effectiveness, so you can achieve your goals
- How to gain fitness, lose weight, burn more fat, get healthy and cardiovascular fit
- How to improve endurance, athletic performance and recovery
And you will receive:
- A professional quality Threshold Heart Rate Assessment
- Your individual training and fitness zones
- Take home resources and materials
- Follow up support from Coach Annelise
This clinic is led by Coach Annelise DiGiacomo, with over 20 years run experience, training and coaching using heart rate for the endurance athlete to your everyday person looking to improve health and get fitter. She is an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Exercise Physiologist, holds several run coaching certifications and a Heart Zones Level 5 Master Trainer.
