MYOFASCIAL & YIN YOGA:
A nourishing self-care practice combining yin yoga poses with myofascial release techniques. This practice focuses on improving your range of motion and releasing stored stress and tension in our bodies. It involves long-held yin yoga poses supported with yoga props and self-massaging techniques to enhance joint mobility, overall flexibility, reduce muscle tension, alleviate stress, enhance focus, and cultivate mindfulness. All yoga props are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own blocks, straps, bolster, and myofascial release balls.
