Halloween Carnival Cart Volunteering 2024-10-26

CALLING ALL CSR HALLOWEEN ENTHUSIASTS: CART DECORATING VOLUNTEERS!

It's almost that time of year and we need your help with our annual Trick or Treat Cart Tunnel!

We are looking for volunteers to decorate a cart in the hours leading up to the event on Saturday the 26th, and stay through the trick or treat portion to man your cart creation and hand out candy! (Candy provided by the Club).

As a thank you for being a part of the team for a night, your carnival tickets will be complimentary. Each adult decorating and handing out candy will have their ticket to the event free, as well as receiving one free kids ticket as well (1 free kids ticket per cart).

When we'll need you:

Saturday, October 26th | Cart Decorating Begins Officially at 3PM

The Enchanted Tunnel begins at 6PM and will last until roughly 6:45PM

Tear Down of Carts from 7PM-7:30PM.

The Club will provide some decor for filler, but please also supplement with your own.

The carts will be lined up in order of theme in the cart tunnel.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Please only register if you are committed to decorating and staying through the cart tunnel portion of the event.

Want to make it a group effort? Please list on your registration each person that will helping with the cart. Each reservation counts as 1 cart.

This year's Carnival Theme is "Enchanted Forest"

When you register, please select one of the following themes to decorate your cart:

1 Fairies & Fairy Godmothers: The best part of any fairytale is the fairies! Whether your inspiration come from the three Sleeping Beauty fairies, Thumbelina, or a classic Cinderella Godmother, you'll be positioned at the beginning of the cart tunnel to help lead all our heroes and sheroes through their trick or treating adventure!

2 Heroes & Sheroes: Swords, Tiaras, and adventure.

3 Forest: Ever story needs a wondrous setting!

4 Villains: Its not a good story without a good villain. Lean into the spooky and scary with these cart decorations.

5 Happily Ever After: Whether you imagine a cart full of lanterns from Tangled, or the wil' o the wisps from Brave, create your cart to celebrate the beautiful and whimsical moments of any story that make the journey worth it.
