Wednesdays and Fridays | 9:15a – 10:15a | with Jasmine
This barre class is influenced by the Barre Above method which is a blend of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training. The choreography can be adapted to a variety of fitness levels. You will be instructed in a fun atmosphere as you challenge your body in a variety of ways including multiple ranges of motion, strength, mind body connection, balance, and flexibility. All levels are welcome.
